WeThe15 has added United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) as its 19th partner, further strengthening the coalition of international organisations behind the initiative.
WeThe15 picked up a second major accolade in 48 hours on 29 September. At the Creative Moment Awards in London, Great Britain, WeThe15 was awarded Most Creative Diversity and Inclusion Campaign of the Year, hot off the heels of winning the Inclusion Award at Tuesday night’s 2022 Leaders Sports Awards.
WeThe15 won the Inclusion Award at a ceremony held in London. The award, which was presented in partnership with Meta, is designed to celebrate and award projects and initiatives that foster inclusion, equality and diversity.
With the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games on the horizon, the French government has reduced the VAT on a range of assistive technologies to make it more affordable for persons with disabilities to participate in Para sport.
